With the help of natural gases, the quality of the food is preserved and its shelf life improved. A wide variety of gas mixtures are used for this purpose, which can be produced in LT gas mixers. Z. B.:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Raw red meat or raw dark poultry: <sub>O2<\/sub> and<sub>CO2<\/sub> (oxygen and carbon dioxide)<\/li>\n<li>Raw white meat, cooked meat or sausages:<sub>CO2and<\/sub><sub>N2<\/sub> (carbon dioxide and nitrogen)<\/li>\n<li>Raw fish:<sub>CO2<\/sub>, <sub>O2and<\/sub>N2<sub>( <\/sub>carbon dioxide, oxygen and nitrogen)<\/li>\n<li>Smoked fish, cooked fish, crabs\/shrimps:<sub>CO2and<\/sub>N2<sub>( <\/sub>carbon dioxide and nitrogen)<\/li>\n<li>Hard cheese, soft cheese, yoghurt:<sub>CO2and<\/sub>N2<sub>( <\/sub>carbon dioxide and nitrogen)<\/li>\n<li>Vegetables, salads: <sub>O2<\/sub>,<sub>CO2<\/sub> and <sub>N2<\/sub> (oxygen, carbon dioxide and nitrogen)<\/li>\n<li>Beer, sparkling wine, sparkling wines:<sub>CO2and<\/sub>N2<sub>( <\/sub>carbon dioxide and nitrogen)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>LT GASETECHNIK&#8217;s standard gas mixers for two or three gases for the food and beverage industry have a capacity of a few liters per minute (Nl\/min) up to 500 cubic meters per hour (Nm\u00b3\/h) and are optionally available as<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>with or without buffer tank<\/li>\n<li>with or without <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lt-gasetechnik.de\/en\/electrical-control-instrumentation-and-analysis-technology\/gas-analyzer\/\">gas analysis system<\/a><\/li>\n<li>as static gas mixers with manual control or<\/li>\n<li>as dynamic gas mixers with fully automatic control with MFC (mass flow controller)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>executed.
