The company has very special production know-how that combines deep knowledge in the fields of materials, chemistry and metallurgy. This results in strict requirements for the equipment used in production in terms of reliability and precision. The protective gas supply is not excluded. According to the operator, the old LT gas mixers, which have been in operation for 30 years, have proven their worth.<\/p>\n<p>30 years old gas mixer:<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-3180 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lt-gasetechnik.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/09\/mischstation.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"225\" height=\"300\"><br \/>\nIt was therefore decided to replace these old devices with new LT gas mixers that correspond to the current state of the art.<\/p>\n<p>The new gas mixers are designed in PN25. The operating status of the device with regard to the gas flow and the prevailing pressure conditions can be read at any time on the built-in variable area flowmeters and pressure gauges. In addition, each of the new gas mixers is equipped with an LT gas analyzer to monitor the gas mixture quality online. In the event of an undesired exceeding of the set hydrogen content in the gas mixture, the analyzer shuts off the further hydrogen supply for safety reasons, fully automatically, and triggers an alarm that is displayed locally as well as remotely reported to the operator&#8217;s central control room.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Europe&#8217;s leading manufacturer of automotive exhaust gas catalysts continues to rely on gas mixers from LT GASETECHNIK in order to supply several furnaces with protective gas (N2 \/ H2) in one of the German locations.
