El sistema puede generar 200 Nm\u00b3\/h de aire sint\u00e9tico a partir de nitr\u00f3geno y aire comprimido. De esta cantidad, unos 50 Nm\u00b3\/h se utilizan para el pigging durante unos 5 minutos y 130 Nm\u00b3\/h para la inertizaci\u00f3n durante unos 30 minutos.<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"512\" height=\"802\" src=\"https:\/\/www.lt-gasetechnik.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Magerluftanlage-614.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-20761\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.lt-gasetechnik.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Magerluftanlage-614.jpg 512w, https:\/\/www.lt-gasetechnik.de\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Magerluftanlage-614-192x300.jpg 192w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Sistema de aire pobre de LT GASETECHNIK<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<p>El aire pobre producido debe tener un contenido de ox\u00edgeno del 6% en la mezcla de gases (de ah\u00ed viene el nombre de \u00abaire pobre\u00bb, ya que el contenido de ox\u00edgeno se reduce al 6% en relaci\u00f3n con el aire respirable normal de aprox. 20,9%). El aire pobre suele ser necesario en los procesos para alimentar calderas y reactores de disolventes, por ejemplo, en la producci\u00f3n de resinas sint\u00e9ticas (tambi\u00e9n conocidas como resinas). Durante estos procesos pueden producirse explosiones o deflagraciones. Esto se evita recubriendo el producto con aire pobre durante la producci\u00f3n. Esta aplicaci\u00f3n hace que el cumplimiento del contenido de ox\u00edgeno especificado para el aire pobre sea esencial por razones de seguridad. Por ello, su analizador de gases se utiliza para controlar la concentraci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno con desconexi\u00f3n segura si se superan los valores l\u00edmite.
