Las mezclas gaseosas de hidr\u00f3geno y ox\u00edgeno se utilizan desde hace mucho tiempo para el pulido a la llama de recipientes de vidrio de alta calidad (tarros, frascos, etc.). LT tiene experiencia en ingenier\u00eda, dise\u00f1o de seguridad, fabricaci\u00f3n incl. Control y puesta en servicio de sistemas para el suministro de 8 a 24 quemadores con una mezcla estequiom\u00e9trica de gas <sub>H2\/O2<\/sub>.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En primer lugar, la presi\u00f3n de red (normalmente de 2 a 10 barg) de los dos gases hidr\u00f3geno y ox\u00edgeno debe reducirse a la presi\u00f3n de alimentaci\u00f3n del quemador de 0,4 barg. El concepto de seguridad se basa en el principio de que el gas combustible (hidr\u00f3geno) y el gas comburente (ox\u00edgeno) s\u00f3lo se re\u00fanen como gas mezclado inmediatamente antes de los quemadores o en el propio quemador (principio del quemador de corte). De este modo, la distancia con la mezcla gaseosa <sub>H2\/O2<\/sub> estequiom\u00e9tricamente premezclada y, por tanto, mejor explosiva, se mantiene lo m\u00e1s corta posible.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Todos los accesorios de las distintas l\u00edneas de suministro de gas, como v\u00e1lvulas de bola, presostatos de entrada, v\u00e1lvulas de cierre, filtros de gas, reguladores de presi\u00f3n de c\u00fapula, reguladores de caudal m\u00e1sico, apagallamas, v\u00e1lvulas antirretorno de gas, etc., est\u00e1n dise\u00f1ados para adaptarse a los gases y a las condiciones de funcionamiento. LT GASETECHNIK pone especial cuidado en la fabricaci\u00f3n de sistemas de transporte de ox\u00edgeno, ya que \u00e9ste reacciona con la mayor\u00eda de las sustancias. Cuanto mayor sea la concentraci\u00f3n de ox\u00edgeno y la presi\u00f3n en el sistema de ox\u00edgeno, menor ser\u00e1 la energ\u00eda de ignici\u00f3n necesaria para iniciar la combusti\u00f3n y m\u00e1s vigorosa ser\u00e1 la reacci\u00f3n de combusti\u00f3n. En la mayor\u00eda de los casos, los accidentes graves se producen por el contacto del ox\u00edgeno con s\u00f3lidos inflamables, caucho, textiles, aceites o grasas. Por ello, LT GASETECHNIK concede especial importancia a un equipamiento seguro y a un dise\u00f1o cuidadoso de este tipo de sistemas.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Los siguientes componentes en particular se instalan para el funcionamiento seguro de los sistemas de transporte de hidr\u00f3geno\/ox\u00edgeno:<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">&#13;\n<li>V\u00e1lvulas antirretorno de gas redundantes m\u00faltiples con protecci\u00f3n de postcombusti\u00f3n y apagallamas<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Termopares redundantes que responden a un retroceso de llama y cierran las electrov\u00e1lvulas a trav\u00e9s de su se\u00f1al.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Control de la presi\u00f3n de entrada y corte del suministro de gas si la presi\u00f3n desciende por debajo de una presi\u00f3n l\u00edmite.<\/li>&#13;\n<li>Sistema de alerta de gas que responde en caso de fuga de hidr\u00f3geno e inicia el corte de las tuber\u00edas de suministro de gas.<\/li>&#13;\n<\/ul>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">LT GASETECHNIK desarroll\u00f3 todo el concepto de seguridad, que ya ha sido probado durante una d\u00e9cada, y fue evaluado por IBExU Institut f\u00fcr Sicherheitstechnik GmbH.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00bfTambi\u00e9n pretende mezclar hidr\u00f3geno con ox\u00edgeno?
