El mezclador de gas es utilizado por nuestro cliente para la prueba de pilas de combustible. Se mezclan los siguientes gases:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hidr\u00f3geno (H2): 2\u201350 metros c\u00fabicos por hora (Nm\u00b3\/h)<\/li>\n<li>Metano (CH4): 1\u201311 Nm\u00b3\/h<\/li>\n<li>Di\u00f3xido de carbono (CO2): 0\u201360 litros por minuto (Nl\/min)<\/li>\n<li>Propano (C3H8): 0\u201320 Nl\/min<\/li>\n<li>Nitr\u00f3geno (N2): 0\u2013180 Nl\/min<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nuestro mezclador de gas totalmente autom\u00e1tico con controladores de flujo m\u00e1sico (MFC) produce las mezclas de gases deseadas con una alta precisi\u00f3n y reproducibilidad garantizadas. Esta precisi\u00f3n es monitoreada por el cromat\u00f3grafo de gases del cliente. La mezcla de gases se almacena en un tanque intermedio integrado de 90 litros para que tambi\u00e9n se puedan probar las disminuciones fluctuantes (encendido y apagado r\u00e1pido de las unidades).<\/p>\n<p>La mezcla de hidr\u00f3geno con gas natural ha sido un tema cada vez mayor para LT GASETECHNIK durante varios a\u00f1os. Ya hemos entregado algunas plantas y tenemos algunas plantas entre 10 Nm\u00b3 \/ h y 550 Nm\u00b3 \/ h mezcla de gas en nuestra cartera de pedidos.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, algunos sistemas listos para H2 ya est\u00e1n en funcionamiento. Con estos sistemas espec\u00edficos del cliente, se logra una flexibilidad de fuente de energ\u00eda, porque nuestros clientes generalmente mezclan propano con aire, lo alimentan a la red de plantas de gas natural existente y tienen la opci\u00f3n de agregar hidr\u00f3geno (verde) en el futuro.
