The low-temperature switch-off is supplemented by a flow heater. This controls the medium to an adjustable temperature and thus ensures the safe supply of media with a minimum temperature.<\/p>\n<p>If this additional safety level is also exceeded, the shutdown is carried out by a shaft-driven cryo shut-off valve. A pre-alarm to enable the customer to react early without switching-off is possible.<\/p>\n<p>The design is based on customer specifications, for example:<\/p>\n<h3><u>Flow heater <\/u><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Performance 1,6 KW<\/li>\n<li>Trhoughput N<sub>2<\/sub> at 125 kg\/h<br \/>\nAdaptation of the heater to the desired throughput and \u0394T<\/li>\n<li>Inlet temperature -30 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<li>Outlet temperature 5 \u00b0C<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><u>Control system<\/u><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Small PLC control with individual programming<\/li>\n<li>4&#8243; Touch color display<\/li>\n<li>Interface: CAN, Ethernet, RS-232, RS-485, USB, REMOTE E\/A<\/li>\n<li>Thyristor controller for the heating cartridge of the flow heater<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><u>Mounting<\/u><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Shaft-driven cryo shut-off valve, designed for: -196 \u00b0 C \/ PN 40<\/li>\n<li>Resistance thermometer incl.
