LT GASETECHNIK construit depuis de nombreuses ann\u00e9es d\u00e9j\u00e0 des installations de m\u00e9lange de gaz dynamiques et automatis\u00e9es pour les m\u00e9langes hydrog\u00e8ne-gaz, mais aussi pour la production de diff\u00e9rents gaz de contr\u00f4le et de limite pour la production locale de qualit\u00e9s de gaz naturel du march\u00e9 mondial. Les capacit\u00e9s typiques de ces <strong>installations de m\u00e9lange de gaz pour les centres de contr\u00f4le et d&rsquo;essai<\/strong> se situent dans une fourchette de <strong>10 \u00e0 200 Nm\u00b3\/h de m\u00e9lange gazeux<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>transition \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique<\/strong>  n\u00e9cessite l&rsquo;ajout de grandes quantit\u00e9s d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne gazeux dans les conduites de gaz naturel existantes. Pour cela aussi, nous proposons une technique d&rsquo;installation \u00e9prouv\u00e9e. Les exigences typiques sont par exemple la production d&rsquo;un m\u00e9lange gazeux de 10 % de H2 dans le gaz naturel. Souvent, le rapport de m\u00e9lange doit pouvoir \u00eatre r\u00e9gl\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re variable, par exemple dans une plage de 3&#8230;30 %. LT est exp\u00e9riment\u00e9 dans la r\u00e9gulation du volume de H2 de 10&#8230;500 Nm\u00b3\/h d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne. C\u00f4t\u00e9 gaz naturel, on trouve des volumes de 100 \u00e0 3.000 Nm\u00b3\/h. La conduite de gaz naturel existante est adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 cet effet en impl\u00e9mentant la section de m\u00e9lange de gaz LT avec pi\u00e8ce d&rsquo;adaptation dans la section de r\u00e9gulation de pression du gaz naturel.<\/p>\n<p>La proportion d&rsquo;hydrog\u00e8ne dans le m\u00e9lange gazeux est mesur\u00e9e \u00e0 la sortie par un analyseur de gaz LT et le m\u00e9lange est r\u00e9gl\u00e9 par la commande LT conform\u00e9ment aux directives de l&rsquo;exploitant. La commande locale conviviale par \u00e9cran tactile est volontiers pilot\u00e9e en plus par une commande sup\u00e9rieure via des interfaces standard (par ex. Ethernet, Modbus, Profibus, ProfiNet). L&rsquo;installation de m\u00e9lange de gaz est con\u00e7ue de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que la concentration en H2 r\u00e9gl\u00e9e dans le m\u00e9lange de gaz soit maintenue ind\u00e9pendamment de la proportion de H2 dans le gaz naturel. La concentration en H2 est \u00e9galement maintenue constante ind\u00e9pendamment de la quantit\u00e9 de m\u00e9lange gazeux effectivement pr\u00e9lev\u00e9e (dans les limites de puissance).
