Depuis longtemps d\u00e9j\u00e0, les m\u00e9langes gazeux hydrog\u00e8ne\/oxyg\u00e8ne sont utilis\u00e9s pour le polissage \u00e0 la flamme de r\u00e9cipients en verre de grande valeur (pots, flacons, etc.). LT a de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience dans l&rsquo;ing\u00e9nierie, la conception technique de s\u00e9curit\u00e9, la fabrication, y compris le montage et le d\u00e9montage. Commande, mise en service d&rsquo;installations pour l&rsquo;alimentation de 8 \u00e0 24 br\u00fbleurs avec un m\u00e9lange de gaz <sub>H2\/O2<\/sub> stoechiom\u00e9trique.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Tout d&rsquo;abord, la pression du r\u00e9seau de gaz d&rsquo;usine (typiquement 2 \u00e0 10 barg) des deux gaz hydrog\u00e8ne et oxyg\u00e8ne doit \u00eatre r\u00e9duite \u00e0 la pression d&rsquo;alimentation du br\u00fbleur de 0,4 barg. Le concept de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 repose sur le principe selon lequel le gaz combustible (hydrog\u00e8ne) et le gaz oxydant (oxyg\u00e8ne) ne sont r\u00e9unis sous forme de gaz mixte que juste avant les br\u00fbleurs ou dans le br\u00fbleur lui-m\u00eame (principe du chalumeau d\u00e9coupeur). Ainsi, la distance parcourue avec le m\u00e9lange gazeux <sub>H2\/O2<\/sub> pr\u00e9m\u00e9lang\u00e9 st\u0153chiom\u00e9triquement et donc le plus explosif possible est aussi courte que possible.<\/p>&#13;\n&#13;\n<p>Toutes les armatures des conduites d&rsquo;alimentation en gaz individuelles, telles que les robinets \u00e0 boisseau sph\u00e9rique, les pressostats d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e, les vannes de coupure, les filtres \u00e0 gaz, les r\u00e9gulateurs de pression \u00e0 d\u00f4me, les r\u00e9gulateurs de d\u00e9bit massique, les pare-flammes, les vannes de retour de gaz, etc. sont con\u00e7ues pour s&rsquo;adapter aux gaz et aux conditions de fonctionnement.
