Gas mixing systems, lean air systems for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries

We manufacture and deliver in particular gas mixing systems and lean air systems or systems for air enrichment for the chemical and pharmaceutical industries:

  • Air enrichment: Increasing the efficiency or throughput of production plants by enriching air with oxygen
  • Air depletion: Lean air generation by mixing air with nitrogen
  • Generation of reaction atmosphere
  • Nitrogen control lines
  • Natural gas conditioning plants
  • Temperature control systems for low temperatures

Project examples of lean air systems

Standard gas mixers for lean air generation usually have a capacity of 250 or 400 m³/h and are optionally available with or without a buffer tank in an adapted size such as. B. 1,000 or 3,000 liters. The gas mixer can either be installed in a cabinet, on a steel frame for indoor installation or outdoor installation. Versions for installation in a corrosive atmosphere and/or in Ex zone 2 are also well known tasks.
Suitable system controls with an analysis system for the gas mixture are installed in a separate cabinet. Process data, alarm signals and fault messages are usually displayed on the local control panel and transferred to the operator’s process control system.

  • Particularly high accuracy and reproducibility
  • Static or dynamic, fully automated systems with cascade ratio control
  • Control, analysis and documentation of results with tailor-made solutions
  • Connection of the equipment to existing plant control system and / or telemetry
  • High availability incl. remote maintenance
  • Redundant versions: Switching over without pressure peaks
  • Unmatched security: Redundant measurements

… just beyond standards!
