LT GASETECHNIK has once again manufactured and supplied two control and safety lines for burner supply on a preheater tower of a German cement rotary kiln (gas pressure control systems). The gas is used for afterburning nitrogen oxides (NOx) and carbon monoxide (CO) with propane/oxygen.

Propane control and safety system:

  • Performance: 3…30 Nm³/h
  • Outlet pressure 4.2 barg

Oxygen gas control and safety system with air supply:

  • Performance 6…600 Nm³/h
  • Outlet pressure 6.0 barg
  • 2“ dome loaded pressure controller with bypass for maintenance
  • Control and purge air supply with treatment
