Ready for delivery for a laser gas supply:

  • Redundant pressure control system for high flow rates of up to 1,500 Nm³/h
  • Low-temperature shutdown / low-temperature protection system

On site, only the supply voltage and piping need to be connected. Our customer receives a CE-compliant solution directly on the construction site to reduce set-up and working time.

The pressure control system consists of

  • 2 brass pressure regulators in 2″ with reversible control pressure regulator
  • Stainless steel piping DN65 PN40
  • Maximum permissible operating pressure PN40
  • Medium: Nitrogen
  • Flow rate: Standard 1,200 – 1,500 Nm³/h
  • Safety valve on the output side with blow-off capacity of 6,500 Nm³/h
  • Completely mounted on stainless steel bracket and 100% pressure tested and tested for function
  • Frame construction for ground fastening with weather protection roof

 

The stainless steel cryogenic shutdown consists of

  • 2x resistance thermometer
  • pneumatically driven stainless steel ball valve
  • 4x stainless steel ball valves, as shut-off and bypass ball valve DN65 PN40 -40 to +60°C
  • Operating pressure 40 barg
  • Control cabinet with convenient and intuitive operation via touchscreen with 2 potential-free contacts for alarm notification
  • Light-horn
  • Stainless steel frame with roof
  • The truss is height-adjustable for easy individual adjustment

Optionally available:

  • Available in SIL1 or SIL 2 version
  • Shaft-driven cryogenic shut-off valve designed for -196 °C
  • Flow heater for adjustable temperature control

 

If the safe shutdown of the gas supply is required for brittle fracture monitoring when passing over the evaporator, many customers rely on a standard low-temperature protection system (TTSS) from LT GASETECHNIK. Based on the “Cryogenic Evaporator Systems – Prevention of brittle fracture of equipment and pipelines” document IGC Doc. 133 / 05 it consists of:

  • Logic module for independent temperature monitoring and brittle fracture prevention with PLC, touch screen, connections for temperature measuring device, shutdown device and alarm message
  • Temperature measuring device and defeat device
  • Gas type, pressure and cross-section dependent pipelines
  • Temperature Transmitter
  • pneumatic ball valve, shut-off and bypass ball valves
